We use squeeges, microfiber cloths, bronze wool, and strip washers to make your windows sparkle. We also clean the areas around the window and our standard service includes screen wipe, track cleaning, and sill/frame detailing. Deep track cleaning and deep screen cleaning are also options – please ask if you’d like one or both of these services.
Gutter Cleaning:
We clean above ground gutters on both residential and commercial properties. This service is vital in both the spring and fall to ensure water doesn’t damage roofs, siding, and or get inside your walls. Our gutter cleaning service is comprehensive, with a visual inspection, removal of any debris by hand, and a water flush to ensure downspouts function properly. We bag all debris and place it in/near your trashcans.
Screen Repair:
Are your window screens damaged, torn, and in need of repair? COS Exterior Services offers a convenient screen repair service. I’ll come to your home, assess the window screens, remove ones that need fixing and return with repaired ones in about a week. This service includes replacing the mesh and spline material, frame wipe down, and installation and removal. No hassle for you – only working screens!
