Yes. We also accept payment via check and cash.
Payment occurs after completion of service. See above for our payment methods.
Yes we fully insured and also registered as a business in the state of Colorado. We can supply a copy of these documents if you’d like.
Yes! We take pride in doing a great job cleaning your windows and gutters, so we provide the following gurantees. A 7 day rain guarantee for window cleaning – and a 15 day clog free guarantee for gutter cleaning. In addition, for estimates, the price you receive is good for thirty days from the date of the estimate.
Yes we will! We work year round to provide you the highest quality gutter and window cleaning services. Note – technicians may reschedule service if conditions, such as wind or lighting, are unsafe. In addition, with the crazy weather we get in Colorado (raise your hand if you remember the blizzard of ’97), appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
We offer three ways to provide you an estimate. The first and quickest option is over the phone. This allows us to gather the necessary information to provide you a quote in only a few minute.

A second option is via text. Please text COS Exterior Services at 719.401.5576 with your name, property address, service (gutters, windows, lawn) which you’re interested in, along with front and back photos of your house. We can provide an estimate shortly after. Please note – phone and text estimates are contingent upon an onsite inspection. Prices may change after this, which we will clearly communicate to you.

The third option is through an onsite estimate. We will come to your property, perform a quick walkthrough and provide you with a written estimate.

Whether you call us, text us, use the contact us form, or we come to your property, the estimate you receive includes what work will be performed, pricing, and available dates.
